These pretty little bites were made by request and in honor of my hubby's 30th birthday. The Cocoa Malt-Tease is a fluffy chocolate malt cupcake frosted with a sinfully delicious cherry vanilla buttercream and a malted milk ball on top. It'll bring out the kid in you!
