1st Birthday Party

A Strawberry Shortcake theme was the order for a sweet little one-year-old's birthday party. I used fondant to create the strawberries and flowers that matched the party invitations.

If fall had a flavor, this would be it...introducing a seasonal treat, The Bumpkin! A moist pumpkin pie inspired cupcake topped with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting and a shard of pumpkin seed brittle. One bite and you'll want another...and I have to admit, the pumpkin seed brittle is highly addictive as well!
