My love for the delectable combination of chocolate and peanut butter was bound to come out at some point in cupcake form. So, just in time for my mom's birthday I created the Darn Skippy! Moist and tender chocolate cake with a creamy, almost mousse-like peanut butter frosting on top. Add a peanut butter cup and chocolate shavings and you'll most certainly need a glass of milk!
