Just in time for a summer pool party were these adorable ice cream cone cupcakes. I was dying to try these out and they ended up being fairly easy to make. I put chocolate cupcakes inside the cone and topped them with creamy vanilla buttercream. Even better than ice cream because the kids had time to slurp off the icing (their favorite part, of course!) without it melting like ice cream would! The kiddos were a bit confused as to why the "ice cream" wasn't cold and where, exactly, the cupcake was...but once they figured it out they loved them all the same! :)
